Another fun weekend camping

Helping Dad build the fire.

Is our breakfast done yet Mom?



Miles and Lexi help cut firewood.




On Saturday, we explored some mines.



Trying to figure out how the old equipment worked.

Sometimes the easiest way down is to slide.




Roasted marshmallows are delicious.

Chilling by the fire with Dad.



We put on the kids bathing suits so they could play in the river.



The snow melt which makes the river is COLD!



But my crazy Colorado kiddos didn't seem to mind the freezing waters.



Jeremiah lost his crock in the river and we had a fun adventure trying to retrieve it. We did finally get the shoe back but it involved ME having to cross the river. I was FREEZING!!! I don't know how the kids play in this cold water but they love it!
