Taylor Lake
Driving over Cottonwood pass to Taylor Lake.
We went to Taylor Lake to spend the weekend Kelly and Jason and the kids, Kelly's family and Jason Decora. We had a great time relaxing at this beautiful mountain reservoir.
The water was FREEZING, but it didn't seem to phase the kids!
We found a nice "beach" spot to play while the boys were out fishing on Decora's boat.
Then we all took turns taking a ride in the boat.
It was a great weekend with a fun group!
On the way home, we made several stops to explore.
This one was my favorite.
We took a little side trip in Buena Vista and drove through 4 tunnels.

deep sea fishing trip
On Wednesday, we went on an 8 hour deep sea fishing trip.
Troy caught awesome shot of a dolphin in the air!
Gentle Wind was a nice big boat!!
Troy caught 11 fish.
I caught 13!!!!
My king mackerel was the last catch of the day.
On the ride back in, 3 dolphin road in with us!!
It was so cool watching them play right at the front of our boat!!!
