The last days of summer 2008.

Checking out the airplane at the Frisco Family Fun Fest.

I was nervous watching Lexi do the quad jump, but she loved it!

With Lexi and Jeremiah in school Troy, Miles and Jason went fishing on Lake Dillon Friday afternoon.

Yesterday, we spent the day at the soccer fields and park.

Last night we said goodbye to summer dancing at last Sunset at the Summit Concert of the season then watching the fireworks over Lake Dillon.

Summer coming to an end with a bang.

Boy Scouts on the Rockies field

On Sunday, the big Tiger Cub and his Den Leader got to walk out on the Rockies field before the game.

Jeremiah helped Dad get all dressed in uniform for the big game.

The Troop all ready to go.

Both boys had a GREAT day!!!

Back to school

Miles had the great idea to make silly faces.

At least my 1st grader and Kindergartner listened and smiled nice for the first day of school shot.

Everyone always tells you how fast they grow, but it really it hard to believe we have 2 kids in school!

Jeremiah hanging with 1st grade boys before the bell rings. He said he had a great first day. He loves his teacher, Mrs. A.
Looking so little, but feeling so big going to Kindergarten. We joined Lexi for an open house exploring her new room today. The parents then leave and the kids stay for a lunch and recess. The Kindergartners go for their first full day on Wednesday.

Yesterday we spent the day at Uncle Bryan and Aunt Sarah's house.

A walk down the street opens up a break taking overlook of the Muddy River and the cliffs

The kids had a good time, trying to get rocks in the river.

I almost made it!!!!!!!

The kids were nice and worn out for the ride home.

Troy and I enjoyed a nice sunset on the drive.

A-Basin's runs are not even close tor eady, but another month or so and they will be open, crazy!

Brrrrrrrrrrrr

It has been chilly in the evening and mornings. the last few days. Yesterday morning the 40 degree weather made for a cool scene of fog rising off of the lake.

I'm not ready for summer to end!!

After work I met Troy and the kidos at the fort.

What a fun place to hang out!!!

Playing hide and seek in the woods.

Can you find Jeremiah?

It took Lexi a while, even with him giggling!

We went for a picnic and found a cool place to explore.

There was a "cabin" started, so we spent some time adding to it.

And playing in it.

It's hard work having this much fun!
