The Vaille Family

On Friday evening we drove to Laramie, WY to visit Grandma Gayle and Dale for Easter. On Saturday, we went to breakfast then to an Easter eggs hunt at the University of Wyoming. The Easter Bunny was their with Pistil Pete, Jeremiah and Lexi said hello to them and got a picture.


Jeremiah got to get a new bike since he had out grown his old one! (It had been covered in snow since November) He picked out a bike that looks like a dirt bike. Aunt Mandy, Uncle Mike, Uncle Bryan, and Aunt Sarah all got to Grandma's on Saturday afternoon, just as Jeremiah got back to show off his new bike! Jeremiah talked Uncle Mike into taking him on a bike ride and then to the park. Lexi and Miles kept Grandma and Aunt Mimi entertained.

Saturday evening we all dyed Easter eggs. Miles wanted to eat the eggs, shell and all. Lexi loved making a mess, and Jeremiah got creative with his colors this year.

The kids were worn out, so we tucked them in and the adults went to the roller skating rink for a little skating fun. Troy dressed up in the panda bear outfit and came out dancing on his skates. I don't reminder the last time I laughed so hard!!! Even Grandma and Dale put on skates and busted out their old moves. Who knew Grandma could do the splits!

Sunday morning the kids were excited to see that the Easter Bunny made a stop by Grandma's and left baskets for everyone! He also left eggs everywhere, some hidden so well, even 12 adults had trouble finding them. We had strawberry crepes for breakfast and later a big Easter lunch. We all had a great fun filled weekend we won't soon forget!
