Camping in Montezuma

Saturday afternoon we drove up to Montezuma to camp for the evening. After the rain stopped and the clouds began to clear we hiked up to the mine for a little exploring.

The clouds rolling through.

Checking out the old mining equipment.

Taking a peak in the mine. Yes that is a big pile of snow. At 12000 feet, there is still snow in July.

What's in there Dad?

The family shot.

More old equipment.

Heading back down to the camp site for dinner.

Getting ready to roast marshmallows.
