Chilly Thursday
We all slept in until 8:45 on Thursday morning, I think because it was too cold to get up(32). When we did, Troy made a fire to keep us warm while we waited for the sun to warm camp.
When the sun did finally hit camp, our shadow were fun to play with.
Jeremiah made a new friend whom he named Cali.
Racing cars in the dirt.
Daddy helped build a tunnel for the track.
We drove to Canyonlands National Park to check out Upheaval Dome.
Scientist are still unsure of the cause of the dome, but whether it is from an meteor or an eroded salt dome, it is a neat site.
You can see so much from Canyonlands.

Walking back down the slick rock.
"I hope we camp in Moab every year" - Lexi
The drive back to our camp site from Moab was down a windy, steep, narrow road. I focused on the amazing view instead of the scary road.
