Celebrating Jeremiah's Birthday.....
Jeremiah had a friend sleep over last night. They watched Star Wars, had a pillow fight and giggled until 10:30 pm. They planned on staying up all night but just couldn't make it!
Today we drove to Uncle Bryan and Aunt Sarah's for Jeremiah's party. We had cake, ice cream and presents then we all put on our snow gear and went sledding.
Ready or not here we go!!
Hold on tight Aunt Mimi!

Night Skiing
After school yesterday Jeremiah and I decided to do a little skiing. It was a little cold but Jeremiah had fun night skiing for the first time. I enjoyed watching the sunset over the mountains and star gazing with him.

So sweet when asleep....
Jeremiah and Lexi fell asleep watching a movie this evening. A hard day skiing for Lexi and a day at Kindergarten for Jeremiah tuckered them out

Good Morning Miles!
Miles is so fun to wake up in the mornings! He always smiles, giggles, and hides under the blankets. The best way to start a day is with a BIG two-year old smile!!
Then off to wake up Lexi. She isn't as happy to get up, but she is always sweet to her baby brother in the mornings!
Get dressed and off to school!!

Powder skiing
I think it was the best ski day ever! Surrounded by mountains, and untouched powder with my Dad, a few friends, and 3 ski guides. Wednesday I had a truly amazing experience snow cat skiing Independence Bowl at Keystone! The snow cat took us up and the guides lead us down through tons of powder, at least knee high every run. We took 10 runs in all. I fell at least 20 times but the smile didn't leave my face all day long!! Even the fall that involved 3 front flips and a lost ski ended with laughter(I found the ski with a little help from the guide). I can't believe I have never enjoyed powder like this before and now I'm hooked! I'll post some pictures as soon as I get some from my friend. Thanks for an epic ski day Dad!! I'm looking forward to enjoying many more powder days with you!
