Last Tuesday Lexi took cupcakes to school for her birthday. Lexi moves up to the Preschool room on Tuesday. We will all miss her teacher, Mrs. Jenny, as she is amazing!! But, Lexi is excited to be a big Preschooler and two of her good friends are also moving up !
On Thursday, I went with Lexi's class on a field trip to the butterfly pavilion in Denver. I got to spend the day with Lexi and her good friend Olivia. We had a great time watching all the colorful butterflies fly around us.

Lexi's 4th Birthday
Lexi wanted a Princess party for her birthday this year. So, we invited 9 little girls to wear their Princess dress and come to the house for Princess Lexi's Royal Birthday Gala. The party was on Saturday afternoon. All the girls showed up looking beautiful. We started the party off by letting the girls play with make-up. Everyone got their nails painted. Aunt Mimi and Aunt Sarah got their faces done by Princess Lexi herself. The weather was perfect, so the Princesses played in the backyard for a while, then they all lined up for their chance to slay the dragon pinata.
Back inside for presents, cupcakes, and punch.

All the girls looked super cute and everyone had a great time, especially Princess Lexi!!
Then a bath fit for a King, Jeremiah, Lexi and Miles all enjoyed a jacuzzi bath in Mom and Dad's bath tub.
Today was Lexi's birthday actual birthday. Since we had the party yesterday, we spent the day at the house with just our family. Lexi opened a few more presents this morning then we played with her new toys. We all watched the Chiefs game on TV and did a little house work I think Lexi had a great birthday weekend!

There is a train depot that runs through Laramie. We took Miles to walk over the bridge and check out the trains on Thursday afternoon. He
enjoyed the trains and the time with alone Mom and Dad. Being number three, he doesn't get both of us to himself very often! We all enjoyed spending the day together.

Yesterday we went to Sapphire Point to feed the chipmunks and enjoy the view.
The chipmunks weren't the only ones enjoying the sunflower seeds.
Walk with me brother, I bet we can find trouble somewhere!

Jeremiah gets out of school at 3:55 everyday. The 3 days a week that Lexi and Miles go to daycare, they can be there until 6:00, so we have found a little time for just Jeremiah and I do something fun a few days a week. Yesterday, him and I went for a nice bike ride around the neighborhood.
This afternoon, I went on a walk with Jeremiah's Kindergarten class. We went on a trail across the street from the school to study the trees and collect some leaves, needles, and pine cones. I really enjoyed seeing all his new friends and watching them interact! The kids enjoyed running around in the woods!
Brush those teeth big boy!!
Such a good big brother!!!

Saturday morning was perfect for hanging out on the soccer fields.
Jeremiah showed up with team spirit.
After the soccer games, we headed to Grandma and Dale's for the weekend. We played in the backyard and ate a yummy dinner, then we decided to go roller skating. Jeremiah and Lexi were both a little wobbly at first, but they got the hand of it and even did the Limbo with the bigger kids.
This morning we met Jason and his nephews at the park across the street from Grandma's house. There is a kid's fishing pond and Jason's sister came prepared to let the kids fish. The fish were biting like crazy, so everyone caught one. Lexi was more interested in playing with the worms. We all have a good time hanging out in the sunshine!
Thanks Grandma and Dale we had a super fun weekend!!! The kids slept the whole way home.
