Another fun weekend


We had another great weekend! We went on a couple of fun hikes treasure hunting this weekend while enjoying the nice weather.

We all went on a nice hike this evening to the old reservoir. The kids complained about being tired the whole hike back down, but both Jeremiah and Lexi made it on their own and fell asleep in no time at all tonight!

Loving summer!!




Last Saturday we enjoyed our regular Saturday night concert at the Ampitheather. The town puts on these great concerts in the summer, with a different band each week. We always see tons of other families we know and everyone dances, so the kids have a blast, as do we!






Last Sunday we went on packed a picnic and went on a nice drive up a mountain. Had a great time playing hide and seek in the woods and old cabins. We even found a hidden treasure, the kids could not have been more excited!!

We took Jeremiah to get his hair cut today. He has been saying he wanted a mohawk for a while now, so we let him get one. It actually is super cute and he loves it! We even got some red hair gel for the tips.

Our good friends from Iowa came in town for their semi-annual visit. It is always great to get the kids together and catch up. Kelly had given both Jeremiah and Lexi their first haircut so it seemed appropriate she give Mile's his much need 1st cut as well. He didn't sit still at all, but it turned out great!

Decora just got a fishing boat so we all went to Lake Dillon and took turns riding on the boat. We got to enjoy a nice Colorado sunset while out on the lake.
